She loves creating and working with clients on all levels to make their vision become a reality. "I love getting to know my clients and enjoy becoming their "New Best Friend" prior to the event.".
Her talent in design, organization, and management makes any experience working with her effortless. She makes you feel so comfortable & give you the confidence it will be an amazing event.

Ashlee O'Hara
Ashlee has been facilitating day-of coordination for Eileen Smith Events since 2012. She is an expert in supervising onsite teams, vendor coordination, and timeline management, designing décor and materials, and she's pretty skilled behind a camera. When she's not working events, Ashlee enjoys spending time outside with her rescue dog, Luna, and her husband, Jonny.
Jen Levy
Jen has been with Eileen Smith Events for five years. She loves seeing the transformation of an event into reality. Great problem solver when the unexpected happens during an event. Always willing to help & makes every effort to make the client feel at ease for any occasion. Mom of three boys keeps her busy when she isn’t working an events.
Cassie Wooters
Cassie is handling our new division in PA. She is also our Social Media Director! She excels in making sure all the details are covered & is executed smoothly & stress free. She is a new Mom & when not working events she is riding horses & teaching horseback riding.
